I have refined my requirements through those experiences, so I “knew what I wanted.” Cyndy listened to me about what we wanted to achieve, and what we liked and envisioned. She worked with our ideas and constraints, and was considerate of budget, providing several options from which to choose to achieve our desired results. She is comfortable with current design software to provide a preview of how the ideas will look. She is comfortable using all current modes of communication technology (text, email, phone, communications pages at the job site) and was responsive to customer messages in a timely manner—usually really quickly. She displayed good rapport with her trades people (demolition/construction/painting, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, countertops, and tile), and they produced quality work for her (and therefore us). The job site was maintained in as clean a manner as can be during construction. She visited the job site at the start of each day to address any concerns from the communication pages and any message we left via text, email, or phone from the previous day and got the crew going. She is very considerate of their time as well as customer labor costs.

We highly recommend that you consider using C&L Contracting and Design for any home remodeling (especially kitchen and bath).”
